In order to list your business for sale we require the following documentation and information:
- The RENWICK “sales mandate” document – Complete online or with one of our brokers
- The last 2 years financial statements for your business
- The last 2 years VAT returns
- The last 12 months management accounts
- A detailed asset register reflecting the second hand value of such assets
- A copy of all licences necessary to run your business
- A copy of your present lease agreement
- A copy of your franchise agreement (if applicable)
