The deal of the year has arrived! Not to be missed.
A very lucrative & well managed group of Companies is for sale. The owner is retiring.
The first Company is a wholesaler & distributor of low voltage electrical and other DIY products. The Company origins date back to 1982 and in 2004 became a BBBEE Company. The Company commenced in 2004 as a level 2 contributor and is currently level 6 rated.
The second Company is a local manufacturer in the building industry. The Company commenced operations as an Enterprise Development Company in partnership
with one of its major clients. The major portion of the business is undertaken with major Companies in the transformer industry. The Company supplies mainly marshalling kiosks to Eskom, municipalities, mines & civil contractors. This Company is a level 2 BBBEE rated.
The structure of the group necessitates that the transaction will be for the entire group as well as the property in which the Companies operate.
Potential buyers must be BBBEE rated. The opportunities for expansion and growth for both Companies are almost endless. The group would definitely suit a Black Industrial organization. This is especially so with Governments radical investment programme and want for young black entrepreneurs.
The combined turnover is approximately 25M with a combined net profit margin over 8%. The selling price for the group including the property and working capital is R 16m.
The ROI, excluding the property is 12.4% which makes it a worthwhile investment in a group that has good growth potential. All pertinent information available to interested parties once a NDA agreement is signed.
